My teaching style tends to be structured in the beginning as I get to know each students strengths and weaknesses and then adapts to each persons needs. I believe that everyone has their own learning style and try to present the material in a manner that encompasses auditory instruction, visual aids, as well as, hands on experience. I have a very diverse background and I have many years of experience teaching in different subjects. I was an English teacher for one year in Korea, teaching children at a public school. I have taught fine art at a private school in Salinas. I have also been teaching martial arts and self-defense for over 10 years. I have worked with children as young as 4, to adults in their senior years. I hold a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from San Jose State and I graduated with honors.
