My comments on tutoring Poetry : Words are meant to be utilized in their fullest and Poetry helps us put feelings into the words. In Poetry the many words on the page not only express a meaning, but they are the meaning in it's purest form. One must understand this and not only write, but put love into the words that he or she puts down.

I have a passion for knowledge; I read everyday, write everyday, and teach everyday. In my high school career I tutored more people than I could have ever thought and received many thanks from all of them, in fact, I still have a huge thank you card from a group of students that I tutored in high school. I have written books on how to operate certain technologies, papers on philosophy and psychology, built my own computers, fixed computers, helped others with problems in an instant where the technician failed.
I love getting students interested in subjects before I start teaching them. There's no point in walking through a tunnel if you never see the light at the end of it. I earned my A.A. in Theatre Arts at College of Central Florida in Ocala, Florida. I then moved to Lakeland and earned my B.A. in Theatre Performance at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. Last summer I was an assistant teacher for the summer camp at the Civic Theatre in Ocala, Florida.
I teach the basic concepts of acting through Stanislavski and Chekhov. I focus on character development as well as scene analysis. When analyzing a play or story, I focus on the basic concepts such as inciting incidents, major dramatic question, climax, the point of attack, resolution, the theme, and characters. I work with the student so he/she can find these elements and talk about them and expound on them. I work as fast or as slow as the student needs.

I was an elementary education major for 2.5 years before following my specific passion to writing and literature in my Junior year to finish up school. I graduated with a 3.35 QPA from Slippery Rock University in May of 2015! I have completed reading instructional courses in K-6th elementary education as well as courses in literature and reading assessment. My local community college, however, did not offer any courses to help my earn a teaching certification. Then I read an article in my local newspaper three years ago.
