I believe teaching others a skill or new information is a gift, to both myself and the student. When the light goes off in their head, and the "I got it!" look comes across their face, I feel a sense of accomplishment. I am very patient, and understand that each student learns at their own speed. Additionally, I know that each student is different, which will sometimes require a new teaching technique.
