My comments on tutoring Grammar : I have taught the rules of grammar to undergraduate students. I work best with those students who are truly struggling to understand the rules and their many exceptions.

I have a bachelor's degree from Coe College in Art History and Writing, which included both creative and technical writing courses for completion. As of 2013, I have a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Bowling Green State University. I have an associate degree in Digital Media and a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design. I have recently graduated from my BS program from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a 3.44 GPA. My teaching style is definitely one of facilitator. I present the material in a fashion, which allow students to experiment and develop their critical thinking and problem solving skills. A Little Bit About Me...

Teaching is very subjective. Each individual learns according to his/her own style. What I find challenging and rewarding is to find that point where it “clicks”. I believe the best way to learn is through experience and discovery. As an example, I can describe the intelligence of an octopus. But until you actually see a video of one opening a jar for a treat, do you truly realize it as a thinking, planning being.
