My comments on tutoring Pre-Algebra : I have solid experience in Pre-Algebra. It is very simple section of Mathematics. But a teacher or tutor should explain Pre-Algebra clearly.

The most important thing for me is to explain subject clearly in all details!
I have been tutoring and teaching Mathematics, Physics and Astronomy courses for more than 20 years.
