Hi, my name is Joshua Morales.

I like to take my time and make sure the kids arent overwhelmed. I know its hard sometimes to understand things so i go through the curriculum a little slow until they get the hang of it and then speed it up.
During my school years I always loved English. I exceled in it and always had the best grades. Math was the same. At my house i already help my 7 year old step brother and i love it. Each child is different. On a one on one setting, it would be advantageous to allow the student some freedom so that their learning style leads to maximum learning. My goal is to teach the student to love self-learning so that the student appreciates learning without a tutor or teacher present. All children can learn in an environment conducive to learning given the tools needed to cope with whatever stress may be interfering with their education process. A Little Bit About Me...

I have an MA in history as well as a BA in antropology from New Mexico State University and graduated with honors. I recently finished up the school year tutoring students in grades first through fourth. While teaching at a charter schhool, I also taught and tutored third grade students in reading and math. I have experience in teaching American History to incoming freshmen at the local community college here in El Paso, TX.
