Excellent, Engish-1st-Language Math, Science & Music teacher

I am a laid-back, personable and practical instructor with a knack for simplifying math terminology down to everyday language, skilled at translating what appears to be a complicated concept into it's most basic, understandable form. I attempt to explain why something works the way it does because a student having that understanding will help him or her retain and be able to use the concept. This helps the student to feel comfortable so they can ask questions, even those they may feel to be stupid.
