I have always loved children and work hard to make a difference in their lives. Children are very diverse learners and I believe, as teachers, we need to discover the key to what really motivates them. My theory of teaching is through the use of constructivism, a theory asserting that children learn by gradually making sense of their world based on a combination of their background knowledge and what they experience. I hold a degree in Organization & Corporate Communication with a minor in English, Rhetoric/Writing Studies and 14 years experience in public relations throughout my various jobs.
