Drawing is one of my top subjects! I've worked for Disney Research as an artist for over a year. As a teacher, I've successfully helped students get admitted into their desired magnet schools, such as LaGuardia High School, Frank Sinatra School of the Arts, and the San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts. I've also helped artists get their first freelancing gigs. I specialize in teaching drawing on paper as well as digital media, with programs such as Photoshop and GIMP.

I teach online through Skype or Google Hangouts. During drawing lessons, I take screenshots of the student's artwork. If the student is using their webcam while drawing on paper, I have them hold up their drawings to the webcam so that I can take screenshots of their work. As I'm sharing my screen, I digitally draw my demonstrations and mark up student's work so that they can precisely pinpoint where they should revise their drawings. This has been most effective, and students show improvement over the course of each hour they have lessons with me. I also help students manage their psychology and learn some mindfulness to optimize their performance.
