Anatomy is one of my top subjects! I am versed in multi species anatomy from my time in animal science and my current classes in veterinary school.

My comments on tutoring Anatomy : I would feel quite comfortable tutoring those taking high school Anatomy or Anatomy I (nursing pre-requisite), but not past that level.

I am a big proponent of the theory of multiple intelligences and believe that each student has certain styles of learning that work best for them. I aim to help students figure out how they learn best. Once they realize where their strengths are, they can incorporate the concept into all of their studies, not just the subject for which I happen to be tutoring them.

The teaching style I use is completely dependent on the particular student being taught. I'm a big fan of the adage 'Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a day. A Little Bit About Me...

For the past two years I have worked for the City of Gainesville as a Recreation Aide I. The primary function of this position was to run an After School program for elementary students at one of the City's recreation centers. A central element to the program was tutoring services for the children conducted by the staff and university volunteers.
