My teaching style is very goal-oriented, yet flexible enough to accomodate a variety of methods. Some students learn best from lectures, other learn from visuals while some are much better at hands-on instruction and correlations/representations. Each student has boundless potential; it is up to a knowledgeable educator to help that student unlock their potential and soar. I have had to opportunity to travel to many places in the world, and have found that no matter what the culture, children are so very similar in their thirst for knowledge. They just need a motivated and understanding educator who can relate to them on their level while encouraging them to "reach beyond their grasp!"

A Little Bit About Me...

As a scientific researcher and future graduate student, I believe that science (Chemistry and Biology) are a pertinent are of study for students who plan to be premed, involved in healthcare, or desire to conduct innovative research. I have earned my bachelors degree in Biology, and have earned a minor in Chemistry. These studies have allowed me to take courses and gain experience in both the lecture and laboratory facets of my academic career, which has allowed me to become a very competent laboratory researcher and technician. Throughout my academic career I have tutored students in the following areas of study: Biology, Chemistry, English and Grammar, and Mathematics.
