I believe the instructor should be like a coach. In education as in athletics, he or she should be regarded as an individual who helps the student realize his or her full potential.
I have master’s degrees in Mathematics and Statistics with related work in Physics and Astronomy. My 20 years in education includes teaching at various colleges and high schools providing instruction in Statistics, Physics, Calculus and College Algebra.
