In graduate school, I developed a management style, Egalitarian Leadership. The faculty encouraged me to submit my paper to Harvard Business School. Currently, I am writing a middle school age novel. Prior to this, I wrote a newspaper column for two years in California. I also score state proficiency tests for Pearson Educational Measurement, K-12.
It is my experience that an instructor delivers more learning when a student has an interest in the subject. "Inspire rather than require," has far greater efficacy in delivering information. I am highly qualified to tutor in the areas of English/reading/writing. I currently volunteer at my son's school and assist children with assignments, I have created well written manuals and marketing materials for local businesses and have also written brief articles for the Herald newspaper.
