I believe that all children learn in the there own way. I believe in Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences. I think that all students have the capability to learn anything they desire as long as they are taught based on their needs. I have a bachelors degree in Elementary Education. Because I enjoy and see the wonder in science and I like to show that to students. I believe teaching is more than just showing how to solve a problem, but is helping the student to discover the “bigger picture”. For that reason, I ask a lot of questions to ensure that a student is not just learning by rote, but understands a topic within its larger context.
