My comments on tutoring Elementary Study Skills : I helped a lot of elementary students with study skills for many years. My first job in Education was teaching sixth grade in a nice town. I did very well at that job.

I teach with a participative style. I let the students participate. I call on the students and treat them with respect and as individuals. I am very caring and helpful, I answer all questions and welcome questions and am very approachable and down to earth,

Helping your child succeed while having fun doing it!

Every child can learn, just not in the same way!

I am an Elementary school teacher for 6 years. I have my BA in Psychology, from Rutgers University, and hold my teaching certificate for Elementary K-6 and Special Education K-12. Prior to being a teacher, I have worked for an outreach program, working one to one with Autistic and Down Syndrome students. I have taught every subject in elementary education and continue teaching every summer by working for my districts summer school program.
I love hands on teaching through games and centers. Keeping students engaged is my top priority. Due to the recent happenings in the world, I am offering online tutoring for the time being.
