Law is one of my top subjects! Many of my undergraduate classes were law. I am specially trained in Advanced Legal Research.

I have my BS in Paralegal Studies from Peirce College, with a minor in English. In 2010 I earned my Masters Degree from Drexel University in Library and Information Science. I completed several graduate level courses on youth instruction. In addition, I have mentored children and adults with ADD. At the age of 19 I was diagnosed with ADD and went through an intensive learning disability program consisting of various types of learning and processing. I would like to help children conquer the disability before they pick up bad study habits and poor self-esteem.
I am patient, thoughtful and I believe in POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT. When I was younger I struggled with a learning disability. I overcame the disability to earn several degrees with honors. I am looking to help students who are willing to put in the time and effort to improve.

My teaching style is focused on student achievement. Many parents complain that their child does poorly on tests. This is often a result of inadequate teaching practices which fail to recognize individual learning differences in students. My goal in teaching is to individualize the learning process for each student, so that the student understands and retains knowledge and is able to explain what they learned. This process increases their test scores and confidence. Students often require that educational materials be modified or accommodated to meet their particular needs.
