Based on my inherent interest in the natural sciences, I decided early on to pursue a BS in Biology at Stony Brook University. While attending, my academic excellence in Chemistry allowed me to work as a Teaching Assistant for General Chemistry as well as Organic Chemistry courses. Following graduation, I opted to enroll in the graduate program in Biomedical Engineering at Cornell University, thereby combining my knowledge of Biology with my interest in Engineering.
