I went to school at Miami University in Oxford, OH. I have a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Education. I hold a Master's Degree in Education, with a Spanish major, from Ball State. I am an experienced teacher and I love to work with people. I began my career at Richmond Senior High School in Richmond, IN, and finished it at the middle school level. I have taught Spanish and English in the high school setting since 1996. I have also taught ESL/ ESOL at homes, in schools, and for private organizations during that time and have had students from ages 6 - 66 from many different countries and at a variety of knowledge levels. I have taught Spanish at the middle school level as well.
I LOVE teaching. I enjoy working with students and helping them see something new or understand a concept they are studying in class. Spanish and teaching are my passions. I think teaching - AND learning - should be fun, clear, concise and comprehensible.
