Hello, My name is Brian and I majored in Electrical Engineering at the University of California, Riverside. In middle school and high school, I took every Honors and Advanced Placement math and science class offered. In college I have taken differential equations, single and multi-variable calculus and physics for engineers. I have successfully completed a Beacon tutor course in preparation for individual and group tutor sessions. I led a semester long Beacon tutoring supplement course in Organic Chemistry that supported 20 junior college students. I have effectively tutored/mentored a number of high school students in general education coursework, organizational skills, and in preparation for exit examinations. I continously tutor ages k-12, college students and international students. I have been tutoring for five years and enjoy sifting out the difficulties. Many students have trouble absorbing the material and many students read the curriculum abstractly. I help my students with processing the material easier so that we can progress efficiently.
