As a student, I always tried my hardest and sought out opportunities to work with children in a variety of settings. I have earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and participated in numerous other activities, including Vacation Bible Schools and participating in MECA activities at school. I have taught for one full year in Friars Point, MS where I taught all subjects to a classroom of 19 first graders. I started working in the school system in 2001 volunteering as a tutor for at risk kids. I tutored numerous mathematic course for over 6 years. I have earned a one bachelor degree in biology and hope to earn my second degree in mathematics as well as in education. I have learned to do research and solve proofs.
