I use the Active Participation strategy because it engages the learner not only in understanding but in contributing as well. This active learning process combined with introduction of practical uses/examples of the the subject matter provides a deeper meaning. But most of all the Objective,Purpose,and what their interests are, must be known so that these can be incorporated in the learning process. I have been a substitute teacher for about 10 years specializing in math & physics. I have a BS in Mechanical Engineering plus 20+ years of maintenance/engineering experience.
