Also, I was a dual-enrolled student at EGSC during my high school career, completing advanced level courses in Literature and Mathematics. I scored a 1200 composite in math and reading on the SAT, earning the Zell Miller college tuition scholarship. Additionally, I tutored underclassman in all four core-subjects and for the SAT.

I have been tutoring ever since elementary school. Since I was the only one that knew how to read, I had to assist in the others' learning of Phonetic sounds. I've also tutored fellow classmates in middle school, high school, and college. I am quite versatile in my teaching methods since I am a certified educator. I can adjust my teaching style to best match my students learning style. As a classroom teacher, I used a variety of techniques during a single class period to make sure that I reached all students.
I am an experienced and licensed educator in the State of Georgia. I taught high school history for 13 years. I taught US history, world history, Ethnic studies, and an array of other courses. Also, I created and implemented an after school tutorial program for high school students at Statesboro High School.
