I am interested in tutoring because I love teaching regardless of the subject matter. I’ve been lucky enough to be given the opportunity to try several different content areas such as Special Education 7th grade Science in a Push-In model, ESOL, Home and Careers, Career and Financial Management as well as substitute teaching in many areas K-12, in addition to teaching technology in multiple districts. My background as a manufacturing engineer gives me a vantage point of what is required in the real world for success and survival in the working world. A Little Bit About Me...

I have earned two degrees from the University of Rochester. My undergraduate studies were in psychology and I completed my Masters degree in Childhood Education with a certification in Inclusion. I am a certified teacher in New York State. I am familiar with New York State curriculum for grades 1-6.
With my combined six years of working with children who have emotional and behavioral disorders and the five years of graduate school education, I bring a unique skill set to the classroom. I have a creative and engaging teaching style with utilizes technology in daily classroom lessons.
