I find that tutoring is very fulfilling and a good way to give back to the community. I like to break down the subject into terms that a person might find more interesting or easier to understand. I think that building trust is also very important in the tutor relationship. The trust will allow the student to admit what he/she doesn't understand and why they may feel confused or frustrated.
