Microsoft Excel is one of my top subjects! I routinely teach Microsoft Excel skills to my office co-workers and my wife's co-workers. I've led small workshops within my office to teach short-cuts and tips for multiple Excel tasks.

My goal is to assist students in their learning process.

I have been a journalist for year in a French newspaper. It was a great experience for me. Later I went to broadcasting(Radio) where I spent couple of year presenting News and programs in French. When considering my teaching style, it is difficult to explain a single process for teaching. When working with different people it is important to remain creative, inventive, and patient. Every person has different learning styles and it is important to recognize in that person what helps them understand more fully. Whether it is diagram and pictures, breaking a complex problem into many simple parts, comparing similar examples that are familiar to the person, or simply taking the time to make sure that the child feels comfortable saying "I don't know". All of these are useful tools, but in my opinion by far the most important is patience. Remaining patient when someone doesn't understand is the absolute most important thing. Since I am a visual learner, whenever applicable I like to visually bring the material to life. It is important to me that the student understand the concepts and be able to convey that understanding without having to refer to the textbook.
