Though I recently graduated with a BS in Childhood and Special Education, I have many years of experience as a teacher/trainer. I currently substitute teach Per Diem in several local districts for K-12 students. I also have gained classroom teaching experience through student teaching and field work. Prior to that, I tutored several fellow students at Monroe Community College, and volunteered as a tutor/mentor for Rochester City School District High School students, through the Liberty Partnership Program at MCC. In many of my previous positions, I was responsible for training employees. Since receiving a Bachelor's in English and Writing, I have developed many diverse skills in addition to those I learned in school. While working as an editor for a publishing company, I was able to hone my ability to write and communicate clearly through the written word. I have also studied music and art from a young age including such subject areas as piano, voice, flute, cello, ceramics, and photography.
