After seeing the subject that student is struggling with, I create weekly packets for the days I do tutor the student. That packet will be practice for the student to do infant of me as an "exam". My comments on tutoring Language Arts : Being able to use grammar and creative writing skills.

My students enjoy coming to lessons with Ms. Sharon. I make them feel comfortable, and always encourage them to ask me questions. I always ask them if their was something that they had in the classroom that they didn't understand, and they are not inhibited to tell me so. They know I will not judge them on that, I am just inquiring to help them out so that when they go back into the classroom they will understand what is going on.
