I have been a professional progammer for over twenty years and mentored many junior programmers. I have been on large and small teams working on both very huge and quite small projects. I primarily work in the computer gaming industry at all levels. I have hired many programmers and thankfully released very few. I have learned what is desirable in a professional programmer and how to succeed in this industry.
