Relaxed, hands on. Create a situation where the student is using software program in first lesson in order to gain a sense of accomplishment from the on-set.
Experienced trainer - worked through a computer training center for 3 years - teaching classes for adult education at a local school and conducting training courses at onsite facility. Worked with co-workers to troubleshoot Excel spreadsheets with which they were having difficulty.
