I have a bachelor degree of Journalism from the University of Dakar Senegal.I was a journalist at the national Radio-TV of Senagl for 15 years, before coming to New-york; where I was for three years; diplomat at the UN where: I was in charge of the communication Strategies of the Mission of Senegal to the UNITED-NATIONS. From 2001 to this day, I am working in a law firm in Hartford Connecticut in charge of the files. I am 57 years old.

Coming from a poor background I was very much determined to change my family economic situation. I have cultivated strong writing and analytical skills in my college career at UConn. I took a variety of classes that requried me to articulate myself through research papers, poems, lab reports, and speeches. While at UConn I volunteered with a local congregation helping non English speaking individuals learn how to speak conversational English.
I think that relating a particular subject to a student is the best way to spark their interest and draw them in as learners. Often students do not learn the significance of what they are learning therefore they disconnect themselves from the material.
