My main experience teaching has been various science courses but I have also taught math and reading. I began my education thinking I would be an elementary school teacher but then discovered my love of science so I took additional classes while completing my Master's so I could be certified to teach science. Elementary Tutor

With each new student comes the opportunity for a new teaching style. Each child learns in a different way.
I have been a tutor at a local elementary school where my students were very successful. As a future teacher, I am learning and growing in the skills necessary to now take on and help educate children in the common core. I have been an assistant teacher, a teacher's aide and an after school teacher. I have worked in many different settings including pre-school, elementary and middle school.
