I've taught in public school and private school from PreK through 12th grade and even adult learners. Elementary students have learned to read. While in college, I tutored students in high school in lower level math and reading. I also taught swimming to high school students. During my tenure in industry, I was able to train less experienced employees in measuring tools and their use (calipers, Mics, feeler gauges, etc,) so that they might get a better position in the company and I received accolades from the home office for my efforts.

A Little Bit About Me...

Studying French and Russian Studies at Stetson allowed me gain more than a grasp on those two languages, but insight to the cultures, an appreciation for and ability to interpret literature and poetry, a deeper understanding of history, geography, and politics as well as a desire to share all of this with others.
I believe that children need to find a reason to have a goal of being educated. Coming from a small town and having such a global perspective, I love helping children see their place in this vast world and that they are an important global citizen.
