Lately I have been working at a local hospital instructing Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, and Clinic Managers on integrating their new Electronic Health Records program.

My first responsibility is the empowerment of my students. I always want my students to have a concrete sense of motivation and what their goals are, even if it's just getting a passing grade. Next, I want my students to believe that they are capable of reaching their goals.
