For the last 20 years I have been in Sales & Marketing for various large companies (additional detal available upon request). In many of my positions, I have been selected to conduct training within the organization on business specific tools plus sales skills For the last 5+ years I have mentored a young man through Big Brothers / Big Sisters. In college, I was selected as a Writing Tutor in the university Writing Workshop. I advised undergraduate and graduate students on writing style, grammar and other aspects of their written work. I still maintain it as one of the best jobs I have had.

Graduating from Concordia College in Moorhead with a degree in accounting, and a strong background of math and businesses courses has given me an excellent background in math. I also took various english and writing composition classes which has provided me with excellent communication skills. A Little Bit About Me...

I love teaching and kids. I always separate the behavior from the child. The little kids that I tutor at the Boys and Girls Club love me! I am just really good at what I do. When I was teaching, I had a stellar reputation with my students and the community. When students would come back to me from college, they would tell me how easy their college English courses were after having me in class. It was an experience I will always treasure and never forget.
I have a master's degree in English plus 21 hours. I taught high school English for 21 years. I now teach online and tutor at the Boys and Girls Club.
