My comments on tutoring Pre-Algebra : I hold a Ph.D. in Mathematics and an M.S. in Statistics and have experience teaching undergraduates and graduates.

My diverse skills and experience in mathematics, statistics, and computer programming should be advantageous in this circumstance. I explain concepts using visual representations as well as numerical/algebraic models. I teach with the learning style of the student. I am able to change things up when I see the student losing interest. My manner is calm and patient.
