I am currently the Sixth Grade History Teacher at Williamsburg Collegiate Charter School. My responsibilities at WCCS include developing rigorous objectives for the Sixth Grade History curriculum. Moreover, I serve as a Special Education Guided Reading Instructor for eight, Sixth grade students. A Little Bit About Me...

As a tutor at Eastern University I came to the realization that not all students learned in the same way. I have a different teaching style as compared to the teachers putting things into real life examples, or even making things hands on so my students understand better. The students knew that I wanted them to succeed and would stop whatever I was doing to help them do homework, study, etc. I can relate to the students while still respecting them and encouraging them to shine to their highest potential

I have tutored at a Learning Center at Shippensburg University for the past two years. I have always loved mathematics. I took many high level classes in high school. I achieved a minor in Mathematics at Montclair State University where I also received a bachelor of science in Computer Science. For one year I helped several college students by tutoring them in math and sciences.
I know that I will be an excellent candidate for teaching because I am extremely patient, knowledgeable, clear and precise. I love teaching students and have very good communication skills.
