Professional Dance Instructor for All Ages and Levels!!

I am a 22 year old professional dancer/teacher and I have my Bachelors of Arts in dance from UC Irvine. I have been dancing since the tender age of two both nationally and internationally, working with some of the top choreographers and performing on some major platforms thus far, including various award shows, music videos, and commercials. I currently teach hip-hop and tap to kids ages 4-17 at elementary schools and a local Los Angeles dance studio. My comments on tutoring Ballet : Studied ballet for over 13 years. Attended Kirov Academy in Washington D.C., and Joffrey Ballet New York summer programs. Invited to attend the year round programs for both schools. Also was accepted to ABT summer programs. Could not audition for professional companies due to an injury during senior year of high school.

Tutored many students during high school and I am currently a 1st year Chemical Engineering student at University of California, Berkeley. In high school, I tutored AP Chemistry, many levels of math, and many other science courses often. I also worked with younger students in middle school on many of the general subjects.
I prefer one on one tutoring so I can adjust how I tutor to each students needs, but I have also done group tutoring before. All in all, I personally want to work in whatever environment will help the student learn most effectively.

Although I have worked mostly in Film and Television since graduating from University, I returned to the University of LaVerne in Athens, Greece in 2004 to tutor foreign students in essay writing and to help hem with their entrance exams. I worked there part-time (3 days a week) for 2 years. I continued tutoring 2 students privately for another year.
