I am currently teaching an Anatomy and Physiology course for nurses looking to pass the RN liscensing exam.
My approach to teaching is centered around the particular goals of the student or students. Clearly, a course centered around a liscensing test will focus on the material that will be on that test. Otherwise, teaching has to be catered to the student's ability to learn the material and focus on the weakness in understanding the concepts involved in the material.
