My teaching style is on hands on and using lots praise for hard work. I enjoy working with others and seeing them succee. For the visual learner, they need to see things written down for it to stay with you. For the auditory learner, they hear sounds distinctly and can easily remember a song tune or lyrics; and for the kinesthetic learner, they like to learn by moving and possibly acting out things. I would have to find the persons style of learning and then apply which learning technique is most appropriate. I have experience in teaching others and have completed an internship grades k-4th when in College. I enjoy working with kids of all a ages and skill levels! My passion is working with kids who are special education, or those who need more one on one time. Math was always a struggle for me so I enjoy working with kids who need extra support with math/algebra. I believe each child learns in their own way and it's extremely important to find their learning style and build from it.
