I have earned a Bachelors degree in finance, which has enabled me to have a great understanding of many areas of math and business. I taught learning disabled/emotionally handicapped middle school students for 7 years. I have about 3 years experience tutoring students of all ages. I have been homeschooling my own children for the past 15 years. I have experince with many subjects. I am also fluent in Spanish and currently work as a medical interpreter.
I enjoy working with students of all ages, but I especially like middle school ages. All students learn in different ways, and I have used many techniques with public school students as well as with my own children. I believe everyone needs to have the skills to research and test out their ideas.
