A Little Bit About Me...

As an undergraduate student, I performed very well in my classes and found that I was able to help many of my peers do well in these same classes. As a result, I decided to begin tutoring students in a challenging statistics course offered on campus. In college, I was a pre-medical and business student, so my range of knowledge is quite broad. Since graduation, I have begun tutoring homeless children locally through a program called School on Wheels. To do this, when coaching Chemistry, I would have the student present a problem. Then, I'd say, well, let's figure this out together. And, truly, that is what we would do, step by step, by asking questions. What do we know? What do we need to figure out?
