I like to have a relationship with the students I tutored where they feel comfortable with me; I want them to be able to tell me the problems they're having with the work and what I can do to help. I like to be friendly with them while still being an authority figure where they want to do their best. I think this type of relationship allows me to push the students to their maximum limit without discouraging them when we're having a difficult session.
I worked at LearningRX as a cognitive skills trainer where I worked with students who were having difficulty in school and I was able to find their areas of difficulty and help build those areas up while also helping with their memory, visual acuity, and processing speed.

Having always been driven to achieve academic success, I received all A's throughout middle school and high school and was one of my high school valedvictorians. I then received full tuition to the University of Evansville and continued my academic success. My major required my to put in hours before and after the athletic teams practices and I have learned great time management skills as well as study skills.
