New Experiences New Knowledge

My teaching style is to meet the student and learn his or her personality. Each student is a different individual with different learning styles. When you can incorporate the perfect learning style with each individual to match his or her own interests, the student will actually learn and retain the knew information.
I have enjoyed life to the fullest and in the same sense gained most of my experience from enjoying the companies of others. I have traveled and lived in other countries. Continued learning equals continued growth.

I have been teaching now for a total of four years. However, I have been working in the educational field for eight years. Prior to becoming a teacher, I worked as a library clerk. Also, I have experience as a tutor. I tutored for two years in an after-school program at a local church in my community. Currently, I am a special education teacher at Frederick Law Olmsted Academy North in Louisville, Kentucky. I mainly teach sixth grade language arts classes.
