I graduated from UW-Madison with a BS in Dietetics. In order to obtain this degree, I had to take a wide variety of Science courses including: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Physiology, Anatomy, and many others. Not only am I well versed in Science, I have a background in Math too. In highschool, I completed the AP-Caluculus course with a score that allowed me to bypass any college math courses. However, I have refreshed my math skills since I recently took the Graduate Requisite Exam (GRE) and received high scores in the math section. I may have little experience in tutoring, but in all my past employment, I have been promoted to the point where I have trained new employees and received excellent feedback from the employees I trained.

For the past four summers I have worked in a childcare setting. Last summer I did an internship at a Headstart and the previous three summers I worked at a daycare. At both places I worked with children of all ages. In May of 2010 I graduated from UW Green Bay with a degree in Human Development and Psychology. I plan on getting certified in Child Life.
My favorite jobs that I have had dealt with working with children. I love working with children and making a difference in their lives. No two children are the same and that is why they deserve one on one communication. Each child has their own way of learning and that is why it is important to get to know them on a personal level.

While going to college at the UW – Eau Claire, I've been a math and statistics tutor for the past four years. I've also been a Teacher’s Assistant for a statistics Professor where my duties consisted of running review sessions for the class before quizzes and exams along with grading homework and exams. I have completed four statistics courses dealing with different areas of statistics. I also have experience in one-on-one tutoring. Through out the years I have taught 5-8th graders in various subjects, as well as helped teach for a national board review company to chiropractic students all over the country in a variety of topics. I was also the editor-in-chief for the Palmer Triune, helping me obtain an excellent understanding and appreciation for the English language.
My teaching style is different for each student. I have never considered myself a student that things come easy to.
