Patient, charismatic, unique, outside-the-box teaching style

As a Sales & C.S. Trainer in a successful Call Center with over 25 yrs. experience, my role was to train phone reps to have a more pleasant, more successful “Contact Center Experience”, using scripting techniques, monitoring & tracking success and my own original training documents which were professional & challenging, yet fun & creative. At a local Adult Career Center, I taught basic Workforce Development, including resume building, interviewing skills, communication in the workplace, etc too ALL students who came through, regardless of their course of certification. As a music graduate of Morehead State University, I was very much driven to achieve a level of excellence in education. I earned my BS is Music Education and have completed additional coursework required for re-certification. I have substiute taught many classes and did a long term position teaching 6th grade science. While teaching music for three years, I also worked as a tutor for Sylvan, where I gained tutoring skills. I also privately tutored in my home in the subject of math.
My teaching style is very hands on. I understand that students learn in a variety of ways. Some are hands on, and need to actually get their hands on the project to understand. Some learn by seeing it. They have to see it and then maybe write it and learn by visualizing. Some learn by listening. They can listen to a lecture and hang on to every word.
