My job is not simply to impart information but to help students develop confidence in a learning style that is unique to that individual. I initially encourage students to describe their level of current understanding of the subject, then ask questions that connect subject matter ideas; every learner has some level of existing knowledge, however rudimentary. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in political science in 2009. I graduated Summa Cum Laude. I am now working on my Master's in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). I worked as an English tutor for international students at the University of Findlay from 2007-2009.
