A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy working with students of all types of learning styles. I have worked as a Writing Lab tutor in the past and now I am enthusiastic to teach students about a subject I have over 15 years of experience working with daily. I would enjoy teaching students the basics of accounting and bookkeeping and give them an overview of the accounting cycle. I believe that I am personable, easy-going, and patient person. Building a strong foundation in accounting can be beneficial to all students who might start a business, need to run a household, or who might choose accounting as a career. A Little Bit About Me...

I believe in a teaching style that reflects a student's learning style. Whether they learn best by hearing, seeing, or doing it is important to cater to the student. My teaching style works around this philosphy and tends to be a combination of all 3 styles.
Although I have recently graduated with a degree in business, I am interested in pursuing a career involving people. My previous employment was a sales position that was very customer-oriented. I also have 3 years of experience helping children by teaching swimming lessons. Assisting my 15-year-old sister with her school work is also a regular activity.
