My philosophy is one of inclusiveness in the classroom. My approach is one of teamwork, to give the students the feeling that their classmates and teacher are all working together towards a goal, their success. I believe that students need to be well-supported in their learning process but not spoon fed. Improvement is everyone's responsibility.
