I find out the strength of each student at the base of chemistry and then start working with them to help them with the subject. I always believed that if base is weak, the follow up becomes harder and harder.
I have a PhD in Organic Chemistry. I did post-doctorate work with 2010 Chemistry Nobel Prize Winner. I am a lab manager at specialty chemicals manufacturer managing PhD and BS Chemists working on varieties of projects. I have a very thorough knowledge of Chemistry. A Little Bit About Me...

As a female in a predominantly male field I’ve had to formulate a self-teaching method since most of my professors were male and seemed to think and teach in similar ways. My goal when tutoring is to help the student discover which learning methods work best for them whether it’s memorization techniques such as mind-mapping and mnemonic acronyms and/or study skills, for example, establishing a study routine.
In the years prior to high school I struggled with math but I had a few excellent teachers (my mother included) that lifted my confidence and taught me that I can achieve my goals through perseverance, encouragement and mentoring.
