My name is Abel Araya and I love to write stories.

The summary of my experience has a lot to do with the concept of writing, both creatively and contextually. My comments on tutoring Grammar : Native born English speaker with a love of the language.

My teaching style is to be kind and patient. If a concept needs to be repeated 10 times before it makes sense, then that's what we will do. I would hope to share the joy of learning.

I am a very interactive teacher. I find it helpful for the students I work with if I am able to relate a lesson to something else with which they are familiar. I like to use tangible learning tools and hands on methods, allowing the student to get the most experience possible with a lesson in order to really grasp and have deep understanding of the material.
I am currently a tutor and mentor for a fifth grade child in Delaware, Ohio via the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
